I first met Eddie Locascio Jr. at the law office of a longtime friend of mine, Michael Band. Michael, a former top Miami prosecutor, is now a successful private attorney who was hired to help

After conviction, Eddie Locascio Sr. still wanted to talk

its obvious that the son hated his Father and will do whatever it takes to get him convicted to try and get the money that he wants. Heaven help me if as a doctor he ever tries to treat me, the son is a lying bastard. a mistrial should have been called when the fact came out that the witness was sleeping with the detective.

After conviction, Eddie Locascio Sr. still wanted to talk

I watched the show tonite and it was quite obvious Ed senoir was guilty. Why would his brother just go and kill his soon to be ex? Well he wouldnt unless there was something in it for him.Ed senior is in a fog, especially when he tried to put the blame on his son after all he put him thru. There is a special place for men like him and I dont think he has visited there yet.God Bless to the son, moma, and sisters.I was in an abusive reltionship and I am so blessed to be alive.

After conviction, Eddie Locascio Sr. still wanted to talk

Maybe I missed something and, if I did, disregard this question.

1) Ed Sr. had an air tight alibi that he was in his beach condo the time the murder occurred.

2) Security tapes showed that Michael Locasio went to Ed Sr.'s condo within two hours of the murder. Appearing agitated and ringing the bell several times. Then he walked away.

Here's my question: Why didn't Ed, Sr. answer the door? If he had left the condo, security cameras would have recorded his departure. If he was home, there's no apparent reason for him to avoid his brother. Was this ever explored?

After conviction, Eddie Locascio Sr. still wanted to talk

I watched the dateline show. Intriguing. I'm not aware of the facts of the case. I wish I was. Proof of guilt. I'm not sure I would dismiss the Son, I know too well the
cunning of Children and Sons and divorces. I have seen that type of anger and lies in My own Son. ALso saw him convince a court of Lies, so its possible. Remember the Minendez Brothers!? I don't know all the facts, so Im speculating..Its all so Bad and sad..Hopefully someday truth and justice will Prevail.
Thank God

After conviction, Eddie Locascio Sr. still wanted to talk

Why would the son want any of his father's money? After all, his mother lost her life over money. It's blood money -- I wouldn't want any part of it!

Something is strange about this good son. It isn't that far fetched to consider that he may have contacted his uncle and made a deal. He could easily have set up his father.

It appears the son has everything to gain and nothing to lose. Take a good look at the son's eyes -- He appears very restricted emotionally.

After conviction, Eddie Locascio Sr. still wanted to talk

I think Ed Sr. should have taken the stand and proclaim his version of what happened. I do not think the son had anything to do with the murder just a lot of hatred towards his father.

After conviction, Eddie Locascio Sr. still wanted to talk

I am just not convinced the husband had anything to do with the murder. If there is no evidence, how can the jury convict? A theory? I just don't buy it. I think it is too easy to convict an innocent person. The DA should not be able to indite if there is only circumstantial evidence.

After conviction, Eddie Locascio Sr. still wanted to talk

The son, Ed Jr., is sooo not guilty of this. It is Ed Sr.m acting out very desperatelym by trying to deflect the murder of his wife onto his son. HELLO PPL? Did you all forget the scientific evidence, the DNA, that proved his brother Michael committed the crime?
