Monday, June 22: A faked death

Posted: Thursday, June 18, 2009 2:07 PM by Elizabeth Chuck

Investigators called it one of the most unusual and bizarre cases they'd ever seen: A man seemingly killed in a fire in his garage. It certainly looked like an accident, but police would soon uncover evidence of something far more disturbing: A deadly plot, that would involve a switched identity, millions of dollars, and a heartbroken family, miles away.

See it Monday night on Dateline NBC at 10 p.m. ET, 9 p.m. CT.

I knew Justin Newman for years he was one of my good friends when he was around. All he was trying to do was help out his family by getting a better job. RIP Justin you will always be remembered
I am so sorry for Justin's family.
I just wacth it and it was very sad
I am stunned as I sit here with a sick feeling in my stomach after watching "Where there's smoke...".  I'd like to express my sincere condolences to Justin's family and tell them that while a devoted son and good young man will be missed, his memory will live on.
I truly hope that this twisted and evil wife of Ari soon gets her just desserts.
It is pitiful that Ari was able to take the easy exit with a bullet to his head but he is paying now & forever for his diabolical deed.  Ari, your lovely bride will surely join you in misery eventually.
